How far in advance should I place my order?
We recommend placing your order 2–4 weeks in advance whenever possible. Weddings, corporate events, holidays, and larger custom orders should be booked even earlier to ensure availability.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date. Your order is officially confirmed once the deposit has been received.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing is based on your selected collection, quantity, design complexity, specialty techniques, materials, and personalized details. Every order receives a custom quote before booking.
Can I send inspiration photos?
Absolutely. We encourage you to share inspiration photos, invitations, color palettes, logos, and examples from our gallery. While another artist’s work will not be copied exactly, your inspiration will help us create something uniquely yours.
Do you offer rush orders?
Rush orders needed within 7 days may be accepted based on availability and are subject to a 20–30% rush fee. Rush orders are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Where do you provide service?
We proudly serve customers throughout the state of Michigan. While we are based in Metro Detroit, delivery is available across Michigan depending on availability and scheduling.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes. We offer delivery throughout Michigan for an additional fee based on your location, distance, and order size. Local pickup may also be available for select orders. Please include your preferred option and delivery location when submitting your inquiry.
Do you ship outside of Michigan?
At this time, we only provide service within Michigan and do not ship custom cookies or personalized gifts outside of the state.
What forms of payment do you accept?
For your convenience, we accept Cash, Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, and Apple Pay. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order date, with the remaining balance due before pickup or delivery. Please note that your order is not officially confirmed until the required deposit has been received.
Can I make changes after my order is confirmed?
Small changes may be accommodated depending on where your order is in the design and production process. Once production has begun, changes may not be possible, and additional fees may apply.
Do I have to choose a design from the gallery?
Not at all. Our gallery is simply meant to inspire you. Every order is customized to match your theme, colors, occasion, and personal style.
Do you offer both cookies and personalized gifts?
Yes. Along with custom decorated cookies, we also create personalized tote bags, drinkware, gift baskets, stationery, keychains, accessories, keepsakes, and other custom gift items.
What happens after I submit an inquiry?
- We review your request and event details.
- You receive a personalized quote.
- Your date is reserved once your deposit is received.
- We create your custom order.
- Delivery or pickup details are coordinated before your event.
